Pricing questions
- What exactly is a credit?
- One credit is one result delivered — a business listing on a scrape, or a single review on a review job. You never pay for searches that return nothing.
- What happens if a scrape finds less than I asked for?
- Jobs reserve their worst case up front and settle when they finish: you're charged for what was delivered and the rest of the reservation refunds to your balance automatically. Failed jobs refund in full.
- Do credits expire?
- Plan credits roll over for up to 6 months from the month they were granted. Credits from one-time packs and the signup bonus never expire.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — cancel in the billing portal and your plan simply runs to the end of the paid month. Credits you already received keep their normal expiry.
- Are emails and social profiles extra?
- No. Website emails, Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn profiles and ordering links are included at no extra credit cost — competitors often bill these as add-ons.
