Website Analysis: find local businesses that need a better website
Google Maps calls a Facebook page a website. The check says what each listing's link really is, and scores real sites 0–10 with up to three fixes worth pitching.
- On Starter & Pro
- Labels at no extra cost
- In your XLSX & CSV

What each “website” really is
Gets a score
ferncastledental.comSEO 3/10
The business's own site, even on a free builder subdomain. The only label that gets a score.
No website
The listing has no link at all. You can filter these on every plan.
Social profile (Facebook)
A Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other social page.
Link-in-bio page (Linktree)
A Linktree or a similar page of links.
Booking page (Setmore)
An appointment page on a booking platform.
Delivery / marketplace page (Uber Eats)
A menu on a delivery or ordering platform.
Directory listing (Yelp)
A page about the business on a directory or review site.
Chain location page
One branch's page on a chain or franchise's own site.
Not the business's site
A site for another business, such as a reused domain.
Parked / placeholder
A domain for sale, a host's default page or “coming soon”.
Unreachable
It didn't load, or showed an error or a login wall. Open it before you pitch.
The No real site filter keeps all 10: every business without a working site of its own.
Web designers: switch on No real site and that's your call list: businesses people already find on Maps, sending them to a Facebook page, a Linktree or nowhere. More in how to find businesses without websites and web design leads, by niche.

The top fixes
A fix makes the opening line
Each scored site comes with up to three fixes, biggest gap first, written in plain English about that page. Quote one in your first message: the owner can open their homepage and see it for themselves.
Other fixes it writes
- Runs on a free wixsite.com subdomain instead of its own domain.
- The homepage tells Google not to index it (meta robots noindex).
- 5 of 14 images have no alt text.
What it costs
+10credits for each website it scores
On top of the 1 credit each new place costs. Labels are free: a place with no real website adds nothing to its 1 credit.
On Starter ($19/mo) and Pro ($69/mo)See plans
How billing works
- Add-ons are charged only when they deliver. While a scrape runs, each new place holds up to 11 credits (1 for the place, 10 for the website check), or 31 with both add-ons on. When it finishes you pay for what was delivered, and the rest goes back to your balance.
- It is charged per result, like the places: a business two of your searches find is two results, each charged its place and its add-ons.
- Businesses on your existing-contacts list are delivered free, without the email lookup or add-ons.
- Each add-on stays off until you switch it on for a scrape, on Starter or Pro. On the Free plan a scrape includes the places with their emails and social links.
- The full rules are in the Terms, section 3.
