N is the number of businesses a month, the same every month, each with the website email lookup. A month's bill is:
- Hubertino, plan
- fee + $0.58 × max(0, N − plan credits) / 1,000, on whichever of Starter ($19, 50,000) and Pro ($69, 250,000) is lower. Extra credits are priced at the $29 pack's rate; the bigger packs are cheaper, so this errs against us.
- Hubertino, packs
- $0.58 × N / 1,000: the $29 pack spread over the businesses you use.
- Outscraper
- $3 × max(0, min(N, 100,000) − 500) / 1,000 + $1 × max(0, N − 100,000) / 1,000 for the businesses, plus the same over r × N email domains (500 free, $3 then $1), where r is the share of businesses billed a domain.
- Scrap.io
- the price of the cheapest plan whose monthly export credits cover N, × 1.1367 for dollars. No plan covers more than 100,000, and it documents no top-ups.
- Apify
- max(plan fee, N × (place price + 93.4% × contacts price) / 1,000) on the cheapest plan; the Free plan only while that's under $5. 93.4% is the share of businesses with a website in our runs, the only ones the add-on charges.
Per 1,000 is the bill divided by N, times 1,000.
Outscraper bills email lookups per domain where it finds contacts, and doesn't publish how often that is. We bound r with our own runs over 67,173 businesses (harvested July 2026): at least 63.5%, the share where we found an email, and at most 91.6%, the share with a website of their own. Phones and social profiles count as contacts too, so the real rate is probably nearer the top, but only a test run on Outscraper would show it. That's also why we compare cost per 1,000 businesses, not per 1,000 emails: nobody else publishes a hit rate. We do, so what 1,000 businesses with an email found cost on Hubertino is on the email extractor page.
Every competitor price was checked on September 24, 2026: on the vendor's own pages, through its payment provider's price API for D7 Lead Finder, and for Outscraper on the newest archived copy of its pricing page (outscraper.com/pricing, June 17, 2026). Prices change: if you spot one that has, tell us at [email protected] and we'll re-check it.
