Why Hubertino

Built to get replies

A list of names isn't a lead list. These are the differences you feel when the export lands in your outreach tool.

Emails included, not extra

After Maps, Hubertino visits each business's own website and digs out the email and social profiles — the fields that actually start conversations.

Every listing, not page one

Each category × location runs as its own search down to zip level, scrolled to the end and deduplicated. The businesses nobody else's export includes are the ones nobody has emailed yet.

Fresh at run time

Scraped live from Google Maps when you hit start — not resold from a database dump that's been bouncing emails since last year.

Pay for delivered leads only

1 credit = 1 business in your export. Jobs reserve their worst case up front and auto-refund every credit they don't deliver on.

CRM-ready columns

Split address parts, formatted phones, bare domains for dedupe, Google ids for enrichment. Imports clean into HubSpot, Pipedrive, Instantly or plain Sheets.

Dashboard or API

Click around, or automate the same scrapes, credits and exports over a clean REST API — on every plan, including free.

The deliverable

One business per row. 38 columns.

No filler columns, no locked fields. This is the exact shape of every export:

The hunt

Lead list in three moves

1

Describe the hunt

Type a category — “dentist”, “roofing contractor”, anything Google understands — and pick locations from the built-in picker: whole countries, states, cities or individual zip codes.

2

Hubertino works the map

Every search is scrolled to the last result. Each business is opened for its details, then its own website is visited for the email and social profiles.

3

Reach out today

Rows stream into a live table as they're found. Export XLSX or CSV — one business per row, 38 columns — or pull it straight into your stack over the API.

The alternatives

Data & research

POI datasets with coordinates, hours, price levels and Google ids, ready to join on place_id.

Hunters, on the record

The first scrape produced more usable leads in 20 minutes than the spreadsheet I'd been building by hand for four months. I honestly felt a bit stupid.

Watching rows fill in live instead of waiting for a batch job to finish is a small thing that turns out to be everything. We qualify while it's still running.
MSMarta S.Head of Outbound, B2B SaaS
Opened the export, ran the CRM import, and every field just… mapped. Address parts split, phones formatted, emails where emails should be.

Questions

What does the Google Maps scraper extract?

For every matching business: name, category, phone, website (and bare domain), a contact email pulled from the site, social profiles, full split address, latitude/longitude, rating, review count, opening hours, price level and Google's own IDs (place_id, CID). One business per row, 38 columns.

Does every business come with an email?

An email is included wherever the business publishes one on its own website — Hubertino visits each site and extracts it. Businesses with no site or no published address simply have the field empty; you can filter to rows with emails in one click, and you never pay extra for the enrichment.

Is scraping Google Maps legal?

Hubertino extracts the information businesses publish publicly to be found and contacted — the same details anyone sees on the map. US courts have repeatedly held that collecting publicly available data is lawful (hiQ v. LinkedIn). What stays your responsibility is the outreach itself: B2B cold email is lawful in most jurisdictions when it follows the local rules (CAN-SPAM, GDPR's legitimate-interest basis, PECR), so keep it targeted and easy to opt out of.

How is this different from the Google Places API?

The official API is built for showing places inside apps: results are capped per search, there's no email field, and its terms restrict exporting the data. This scraper is built for lead lists — complete coverage via zip-code-level searches, emails dug from business websites, and a plain spreadsheet you own.

How many businesses can I scrape at once?

Pick multiple categories and as many locations as you like — countries, states, cities or individual zips. Each category×location pair runs as its own search and streams into one deduplicated table. You're charged 1 credit per unique business delivered.

Do I need to write any code?

No. Describe the hunt in the dashboard and export XLSX/CSV. If you do want automation, the same scraper is available over a simple REST API on every plan.

What does it cost?

Signing up is free and includes 100 credits — enough for a real lead list, no card required. After that, plans start at $19/month for 50,000 credits (1 credit = 1 business delivered), credits roll over up to 6 months, and every job auto-refunds the credits it doesn't use.
