Lead list cleaner

Drop in a CSV from any scraper, export or purchase and get back a list you can actually send to: duplicates collapsed, phone formatting normalized, dead rows removed. It runs entirely in your browser — the file is never uploaded.

Cleaning passes

Whitespace is always collapsed and malformed email values are always blanked.

Why a scraped list needs cleaning

Local business data has a specific set of problems. Chains appear once per location, so a 500-row list might be 430 companies. Phone numbers come formatted five different ways depending on who typed them into Google. Some rows have neither an email nor a phone, which makes them rows you can't act on. And a surprising number of “email” values are actually image alt-text, a phone number, or the word “email”.

None of that is exotic — it's just tedious, and it's the reason a first campaign bounces harder than it should. Deduping by domain and dropping contactless rows before you import to a CRM takes the sting out of most of it.

What this doesn't do

It doesn't verify deliverability. Checking that [email protected]is well-formed is not the same as checking that a mailbox answers, and no browser tool can do the latter. Run the cleaned file through your sending platform's verification before you launch — that step is worth its cost every time.

It also won't invent data. If your list has no email column, cleaning it won't produce one — that comes from visiting each business's website, which is what our guide on finding business emails covers.
