What's the main limitation of Google Maps scraper extensions?

They can only take what your browser can see. Google's results feed shows roughly 100-120 businesses per search, so that's the ceiling — and because the work happens in your tab, the machine has to stay awake and the job competes with whatever else you're doing.

Why don't most extensions give me emails?

Emails aren't on the Google Maps listing. Getting them means visiting each business's own website and crawling it, which is a server-side job. Hubertino does that for every business in the list and includes it in the same credit.
